Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will be an integral part of the executive team.  The CFO is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial activities for patient financial services, accounting/finance, and revenue cycle.  Success is measured through a balance perspective that includes financial improvement, service line evaluation, process efficiencies and financial performance.  The CFO shall have the primary responsibility of supervising the financial, accounting, audit, and fiscal aspects of the operations of the Corporation and the coordination of the supporting systems and financial controls.

Family Medicine Physician

The Family Medicine Physician under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, will perform full scope family practice in the medical clinic. The Physician will provide quality and cost effective primary care services to the KHP patient population, meeting their diverse health and social needs. The Physician will perform complete examinations of patients and screen all patients for health maintenance needs, in a relationship based model of care with a team of health providers. The Physician will document clinical observations, adhere to industry standards and conduct chart reviews to ensure compliance. The ideal Physician for this position will have the ability to connect respectfully with patients and carry out responsibilities within the mission of KHP. Dentist

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner works as part of an integrated interdisciplinary team serving individuals with behavioral health problems within a primary health care setting. The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner handles crisis intervention needs, and maintains a daily schedule of individual and/or group therapeutic treatments. In addition to treating severe and persistent mental health issues (SPMI,) they assess and diagnose patients, provide psychotherapy and prescribe medication. This may include substance abuse and social skills interventions such as areas of domestic violence. In all cases, they work closely with primary care providers and other team members to develop specific behavioral change plans for patients that often experience complicated medical needs.

Mental Health Therapist

Registered Nurse

Dental Assistant

The Dental Assistant is responsible for a variety of technical duties while assisting the dentist in the examination and treatment of patients. Working chair-side, the Dental Assistant hands instruments and materials to the dentist and dries the patient’s mouth with suction equipment during treatments. The Dental Assistant performs related duties involved in the care and maintenance of dental instruments, equipment and supplies. The Dental Assistant may also mix filling compounds, take impressions of teeth, and provide patients with postoperative instructions.

Radiologic Technologist

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for administering x-ray examinations to patients at the request of the physician assistant or nurse practitioner in consultation with a physician or at the request of a physician.  The Radiologic Technologist makes sure a requisition is received from a provider before performing any radiology services. Pharmacy Technician – Prescription Delivery Courier

The prescription delivery courier is responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering phones, receiving prescriptions, collecting patient information, stocking medication, filling new and refilling prescriptions, billing patients’ prescription insurance, maintaining a clean workspace, using the cash register, and using pharmacy software and clinic EHR. Medical Records Clerk

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for compiling, verifying, and uploading medical records to Klamath Health Partnership’s Electronic Health Record (EHR). The Medical Records Clerk is also responsible for answering and routing incoming calls to appropriate departments, taking messages, writing triage requests, and forwarding these to appropriate medical staff. The Medical Records Clerk will also be responsible for routing the after-hours nurse call reports to the medical providers every morning.

Medical Intake / Medical Records Specialist (supplemental)

The Supplemental Intake Specialist/Medical Records Clerk, under the direction of the Medical Records Manager, is responsible for interviewing incoming patients or representatives calling or arriving at the clinic, while complying with HIPAA Law and clinic policies/procedures. The Intake Specialist/Medical Records Clerk must enter information required for patient admission into the electronic health record in a timely manner consistent with clinic registration procedures. The Supplemental Intake/Medical Records Clerk is responsible for uploading patient records into the electronic health record.
