 Pharmacy Technician
The Pharmacy Technician is responsible for prescription filling tasks and other duties required in pharmacy operations. Customer service and safety is first priority, as addressed below:

Key Responsibilities
• Data entry of prescriptions from hardcopy, e-scripts, and refills.
• Appropriately bills prescriptions.
• Prepares prescriptions for filling.
• Process prescription at point of sale (POS).
• Manages Inventory.
• Maintains assigned work areas and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Prepares daily reports assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills: 
• Oregon State Pharmacy Technician Certificate is required, or able to be acquired within one year or hire.
• Ability to accurately perform prescription filling duties in current pharmacy computer system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a basic level of written and oral communication skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge, typically acquired through completion of high school or GED program.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
• Must enjoy working with people who may not feel at their best.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Certified Medical Assistant
The Certified Medical Assistant, under the joint direction of the Clinical Services Manager, Nurse Team Leads and Provider staff, supports an individual Provider or Provider group in the day to day administration of quality patient care.



    Panel Manager

The Panel Manager, under the direction of the Clinical Information Specialist, provides clinical support to the provider team directed towards the prevention of disease and promotion of health using professional clinical support for quality patient care. 

The Panel Manager tracks the health of the population of patients assigned to a provider panel. This includes proactively tracking prevention activities, screening and chronic disease monitoring and providing patient education. Manage team communication including team phone messages and in-basket as well as patient communication and follow-up. Perform general provider support duties as needed to support clinic flow.

Nurse Team Lead

The Nurse Team Lead, under direction of the Clinical Services Manager and in conjunction with directives and standing orders set by the Medical Director, provides walk in and phone triage services, nurse visit services, clinical case management, all aimed at enhancing patient-centered care and maximizing outcomes across the patient care continuum. The Nurse Team Lead, in conjunction with the Clinical Services Manager provides oversight to the daily operations of the Medical Assistants assigned to their care team.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support for the Chief Executive Officer and to other KHP, Inc. Officers and Directors. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as marketing, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies for meetings, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommend changes in office practices or procedures.
